All app data (session history, favorites, settings, and custom sessions) is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. This data never leaves your device.
If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
Free Breathwork does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect user data.
We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to function.
If we update this privacy policy, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
